Rikidozan, the champion of Japan Pro Wrestling, teamed up with Toyonori in the Asia Tag Team Championship match against the monstrous duo of Great and The Satan. The match ended in a win, but the vindictive Great and the Satan duo asked for a rematch two weeks later. After the match, Rikidozan met a pair of young orphaned siblings who were big fans. The older brother, Mitsuo, was so excited to shake hands with Rikidozan, that he ran out into the street and got hit by a car! Fortunately, Mitsuo survived, but he was in danger of losing his eyesight.
