Bunpei Nanpū of Gōchū Middle School was exceptionally skilled at fighting and spent his days constantly in brawls. However, upon entering high school, he resolved to study hard and aim for university. Yet, with his father absent from home, Bunpei had to mind the family shop and was unable to attend high school even once. When Bunpei finally did attend, the local hooligans tried to pick a fight. But Bunpei, having sworn off violence, ignored them. With nothing else to do, the hooligans decided to hunt down a pervert who'd been lurking around the neighbourhood recently, one nobody could defeat.
