As a pirate ship captain, Jamuka was living the good life, surrounded by plenty of treasure, food and alcohol. However, one fateful day, his ship attacked the transport of the beautiful Princess Kana. Kana was on a journey to seek help for her homeland, the small island country of Wa, which was under attack. Her plan was stopped short when Jamuka sunk her ship and took both Kana and her bodyguard Kagura as prisoners. But Princess Kana won't give up that easily! If Jamuka's band of pirates is the only force she has access to, she's going to do whatever it takes to convince them to save her home! Luckily, Jamuka requires very little persuading when it comes to beautiful women offering him whatever he wants. But will he be able to convince his crew to follow him into such danger? The setting is in post-World War I "Garuma" (Germany), but all people are anthropomorphic animals. In the aftermath of World War I, Garuma is devastated. Unemployment is widespread, and political unrest is causing many angry political parties to arise, in addition to the ever-looming threat of a Bolshevik-style revolution. In these chaotic current times, the displaced student Bau Mueller, who doesn't care for politics, is just trying to get by. Quite by chance, he finds himself pulled into a nationalist political activist group. This group contains people from all walks of life; A widowed duchess who provides financial backing, an exiled professor, a locksmith, a drunken poet, and more. From them, Bau learns about the political forces threatening his homeland, and that even someone young like him can make a difference. Son Goku and Usagi Kozou were the two of the most feared creatures in the Underworld for their strength and ruthlessness. They ruled all the creatures in the Underworld through brute force and magic, wreaking havoc on the Surface World almost as an afterthought. Eilin has a dark secret: she was born from a dragon god impregnating a human woman. Because of this heritage, Eilin has a dragon tattoo on her body. Through strange turns of events, Son Goku, Usagi Kozou and Eilin are required to deliver the monk’s message to the Surface World’s capital, Tenjiku, even though a powerful, dark aura is surrounding the city. What is this dark energy that not even the powerful Heavenly Beings can break or even see through? What does Eilin’s connection to a dragon god mean for their adventure?
