Rough-n-TumbleAs the second half begins in the Kanto Tournament game between the Devil Bats and the White Knights, Ojo is still leading by seven points. Sena continues to struggle against the seemingly unstoppable Shin, but it's another Deimon player who finds a kink in the Knights' armor. Hoping to prove his superiority in the air, Monta clashes head-on with ace receiver Sakuraba. Will Monta's skills help put Deimon back in scoring position?

With a mere two and a half minutes on the clock, the Deimon Devil Bats desperately try to erase the Ojo White Knights' five-point lead. The ball is in Deimon's hands, but everyone is past the threshold of exhaustion...and they're still 40 yards away from the goal line. Sena's banking on some of his slickest moves to help him outmaneuver Ojo's ace Shin and carry his team to victory...but Shin has never backed down to another competitor before, and doesn't plan on starting anytime soon.

Just as the manager for the Hakushu Dinosaurs is about to show Sena and Riku some footage of her team in an attempt to dissuade them from continuing in the tournament, the horrifically powerful Rikiya Gao appears and gets ready to smash everything and everyone. But Gao's scare tactics fail to intimidate Riku, who declares that the Wild Gunmen won't back down from their upcoming match. Known for injuring quarterbacks left and right, does Gao now have The Kid dead in his sights?

Second QuarterbackAs the gridiron mega-showdown between the Deimon Devil Bats and the Hakushu Dinosaurs rapidly approaches, players on both teams use their final moments to build as much strength as possible. Hoping to muscle-up so as to not be utterly obliterated by the monstrous Rikiya Gao, Kurita turns to an old rival for a unique bout of special training. Also knowing full well that Hakushu will be gunning for his head, Hiruma imparts manager Mamori with some special instructions to be used in the (very likely) event that he gets knocked out of the game. Who will score the first touchdown and who will be carried off the field on a stretcher?!

This Is FootballAfter a frightening turn of events leaves Hiruma riding the sidelines, Sena finds himself in the role of backup quarterback for the Devil Bats, and it's a tougher job than he ever imagined. Meanwhile, Kurita still hasn't gotten over his inability to protect Hiruma from the vicious Rikiya Gao, but some last-minute help comes from the unlikeliest of teammates. Will Kurita snap out of his funk and fight on before Gao sends Sena to the emergency room?
