I’ve been reincarnated into a world of monsters and dungeons...but that’s nothing I can’t handle! I’ve got a unique skill called Creation Magic, and the rule is that I can make anything I want as long as I’ve got enough mana. And don’t worry—when there are rules, there are loopholes, and this little witch knows just the trick to expanding her mana pool a bit every day! And next up on my agenda is to make some stuff: a friend (golems are so handy), some tracks (they dropped me in the middle of a wasteland!), and, someday, a place where I can truly belong. But for now, let’s make some magic!

A year after leaving the pioneer village behind, Chise and Teto are still looking for a safe place to call home. Winter approaches, and they decide to settle down for now in Apanemis—also known as Dungeon City. Hoping to find some clues as to the location

On their quest for a safe place to call home, Chise and Teto cross paths with a dying woman who ends up entrusting them with her infant daughter. The pair uncovers a plot on the child’s life, so they can’t just leave her at an orphanage! Instead, they decide to take baby Selene with them to the elusive Wasteland of Nothingness. Resolving to raise Selene as her own, it’s time for Chise to begin a brand-new journey: motherhood!

Chise and Teto return to the Wasteland of Nothingness with heavy hearts after being forced to say goodbye to Selene. To curb their loneliness, the pair begin to build a new home while lending their assistance to Prince Gyunton to break up a secret network of slavers in Gald. However, a strange drain on Chise’s mana restoration project in the Wasteland of Nothingness puts all this on hold, and they find a precursor ruin practically underfoot! Homesteading will have to wait as adventure calls, and somewhere in those sunken vaults is an enigmatic new friend in need of mending. Can Chise rise to the task or is it impossible—even for her?!

With their mission for Lariel complete, Chise and Teto take a well-earned break in the Kingdom of Lawbyle, enjoying beaches, seafood, and the occasional quest. But strange circumstances leave a black kitten and a hapless magician in Chise’s care. Which challenge will be more daunting: unlocking her new student’s potential, or returning the stray to its home on an isle that roams the open sky?

With her apprentice Yuicia and the little cat-sith Kuro gone, Chise resumes her daily life in the Wasteland of Nothingness alongside her trusty companion Teto and their twenty-odd attendant dolls. Over the years, what used to be a desolate, barren land has turned into a beautiful, lush forest and the new tenants from the floating island have left it busier than ever, to Chise’s delight. But these changes soon catch the attention of the nations next door, and it isn’t long before they start making “housewarming visits.” Unable to live in hiding any longer, Chise has to do the one thing she’s been dreading the most: open the wasteland to the rest of the world.

The stampede is over, and the souls lost outside space-time have been purified. After spending a year helping out at a refugee camp, Chise can finally head back home to the Wasteland of Nothingness (now renamed the Witch of Creation’s Forest). However, her respite is short-lived. Three thousand refugees of many different races move into the Forest all at once, so it’s only a matter of time before issues start to rear their ugly heads. Can Chise really keep the peace between all of her neighbors, new and old?
