Tezuka Osamu the best is a collection of stories written and illustrated by Osamu Tezuka. The majority of these stories were published in the 1970s, particularly through the magazines Weekly Shounen Jump and Weekly Shounen Sunday, although the 1950s and 1980s are also represented.
