In this alternate future, the Cold War has continued on for 140 years. The earth is divided into two sections: the East Block and the West Block. The two sides maintain a facade of peace but continue on in their war with threats of nuclear attack. What does Mylene Hoffman see through the conflicts of spies living in a world without bloodshed?

Cyborg 009 Conclusion: God's War is intended to be a proper conclusion to the original Cyborg 009 series. The manga is illustrated by Masato Hayase and based on Ishinomori's original concept notes, sketches, and a novel draft, all of which had been gathered by his son, Jo Onodera.
