Direct sequel to the first Rozen Maiden series though still named the same. Jun is an adult in college trying to live his life after a hikikomori youth. He has a job at a convenience store and is the subject of much ridicule. One day a magazine is mistakenly sent to the store. A magazine entitled "How to Make a Girl".

**Volume 1: die Zwillinge** Rozen Maiden die Zwillinge narrates the twin dolls, Suiseiseki and Souseiseki's past story before the manga's starting events. **Volume 2: Rot Schwarz** Rozen Maiden Rot Schwarz centers on Shinku and Suigintou's past story in the Oxford of the 19th century.
