Kirameki Amu-chan

Amu-chan, a slightly tomboyish girl who runs around with her braids fluttering in the wind, is a princess of the Jewel Kingdom. Since she isn’t a resident of the human world, she can use magic when she lets down her braids. Tired of life in the castle, she runs away to the human world with her companion, the rabbit Mimi-tarō! There, lots of wonderful things await her, but at the same time, troubles and mishaps keep happening one after another. Amu-chan solves each problem by using the power of gemstones in order: a diamond (which holds eternal love) in April, an emerald (which brings happiness) in May, and a pearl (which heals illness) in June! She creates one sparkling memory after another. However, a vicious monster banished from the Jewel Kingdom arrives through the “Door of Terror,” causing a massive panic. For the sake of Yume-chan—her first friend, who is earnest and kind—and all her classmates, Amu-chan casts the ultimate spell…
