However, on the day Ren learned that Sota had received a confession... while drinking with their usual group of four, an inexplicable restlessness spread through Ren's chest. Even though it should have been a fun time, he just couldn't settle his feelings... To cover up that unease, Ren downed his drinks and said he didn't want to go home, and Sota gently stayed by his side. Realizing that they might no longer be able to stay in the same relationship as before—when facing that feeling, the distance between the two begins to shift significantly—this story depicts the process of changing from best friends to lovers, followed by the awkward yet sweet time after their feelings resonate with each other.
