A family visits Inugamimura to spend their summer vacation at a quiet country house. A chain of tragedies unfolds one after another in this village that was abandoned over 50 years ago. What happened in Inugamimura long ago? What was the faith practiced there?
Inugami Yashiki, an unpublished work by the brilliant Marina Shirakawa—a horror manga artist known for works such as the four part series of Kyuuketsu Den and Shinryaku Enban Kinokonga, as well as an occult and mystery researcher—has been published for the first time as a standalone volume based on his original hand-drawn manuscripts!
Given its 188-page length, this work is believed to have been created specifically for the Hibari Hit Comics line, but its art style differs from the series published by Hibari Shobou. It's closer to the art style from his Akebono Shuppan era (1972–1976). It can be considered the missing link between Marina Shirakawa’s Akebono Shuppan and Hibari Shobou eras.
