Naofumi is summoned to another world as a hero, but he finds himself the victim of a conspiracy--there's a warrant on his head for kidnapping the princess! They run to a nobleman's mansion to escape their pursuers, only to come face-to-face with someone from Raphtalia's dark past.

If you refuse to fight, I'll have to kill you all. Naofumi and his friends meet Fitoria, the queen of the filolials. But in order to fulfill her own objectives, Fitoria challenges Filo to battle! What's more, the Spear Hero, Motoyasu, utters something absolutely shocking. In the midst of despair, when all seems lost, what will Naofumi do?

Church of the Three Heroes vs. Four Holy Heroes!  Can Naofumi protect Raphtalia, Filo, and the world?  What is the mysterious high priest aiming at?  From despair, Naofumi chooses an evil path. The flames of the curse series will burn!

Naofumi is summoned to another world to serve as the Shield Hero. After a long struggle, he finally succeeds in exacting punishment on the king and princess Myne, the ones who framed him, and makes it widely known that the accusations were false. Then following a meeting with the other heroes and his party's class-up ceremonies, Naofumi and crew set out for the Cal Mira islands to continue leveling up. There they meet the mysterious young man L'Arc Berg, but things are not quite what they seem! The otherworldly fantasy about the Shield Hero's indomitable rise from the depths of despair continues!

Naofumi finally gets his revenge! But there's a new problem: the heroes discover a dragon hourglass in an underwater shrine. They end up fighting a massive inter-dimensional whale, but nothing could prepare them for what happens next!

Rishia, the Bow Hero's lowest-ranking party member, is framed and ultimately gets the boot. When Naofumi finds out, he is reminded of his own torturous past and loses it. He storms into Itsuki's room to confront the Bow Hero, but things don't quite go as expected.

After Rishia becomes the newest member of Naofumi`s party they set out to begin a unique type of training in hopes of growing stronger. But just as they where getting started Naofumi receives a request from the queen mysterious monsters have begun to appear and she wants him to take care of them!

It turns out the mysterious monsters that Naofumi and crew were asked to take care of can be traced back to the legendary beast known as the Spirit Tortoise. Meanwhile, the other three heroes have disappeared. What could they be up to? And what will the Spirit Tortoise do next?!

A mysterious woman named Ost appears and identifies herself as a familiar of the Spirit Tortoise. With her help, Naofumi and the others begin the desperate battle to seal away the Spirit Tortoise once again.

The long-awaited climax of the battle against the Spirit Tortoise has arrived! With Ost's guidance, Naofumi and the others have descended deep into the Spirit Tortoise's body to face off against the mastermind behind it all. But will unexpected guests interfere?

Will the Shield Hero have to rise up from level one all over again!?  Naofumi tumbles into a whole different fantasy world after chasing Kyo" the perpetrator of the Tortoise Spirit battle. Separated from Raphtalia and Filo Naofumi has only Rishia at his side and finds that his stats are reset to level 1! Forced to attempt a jailbreak Naofumi encounters a mysterious girl that claims to be one of the four holy heroes. Is she friend or foe?

The only way for your own world to survive is to sacrifice another?! Naofumi and company head for the dragon hourglass with one of the four holy heroes of another world"  Kizuna. But first  they need to earn some money and they're going to do just that by putting on strange masks and starting an auction! But when they arrive at their destination " Naofumi begins to feel uneasy.

Help her, Master! Save Filo from her capture!  Filo has been captured and put on display, and she is crying out for help. Her captors only stoke the flames of Naofumi's anger! And will Naofumi finally reunite with Raphtalia?!

Naofumi managed to finally reunite with Raphtalia. But he finds himself with complicated feelings, unable to understand their conflict with Kizuna's world or the true meaning of the waves. Can Naofumi and Kizuna change the fates of both of their worlds by coming together?

Meanwhile, Kyo unleashes his dark magic once again!

Along with Yomogi, Naofumi and his companions make their way through a misty forest to Kyo's laboratory. But before long, they find themselves in a trap that they'll need extraordinary means to escape. The heroes gather and charge into a final battle!

"Did he really just start a wave?!" Naofumi and his partyhave arrived at Kyo's research laboratory. There, theydiscover countless homunculi, created as vessels for souls.Controlling the body of the mirror hero, Kyo attacks ourheroes—and even has another deadlier weapon up hissleeve.

Having defeated Kyo and left Kizuna and the others behind, Naofumi and his friends return to Melromarc. The Spirit Tortoise has left a deep scar on the world's nations, including their own Melromarc. Now with the objective of preparing for future struggles against the waves and the deadly Phoenix, for some reason Naofumi heads straight to the slave trader?!

"This is our village! We'll protect it ourselves!"
After coming to Zeltoble, Naofumi and his companions managed to ascertain the whereabouts of the demi-human slaves of Lurolona Village—bought and sold on the dark auction. In order to get them home safe, they turn to the Coliseum to make a fortune as fast as they can, but will the scheme work?
Meanwhile, Keel and the others guarding the village must face off in a battle against a remnant force of the Church of the Three Heroes!

Naofumi and his friends are fighting in the Dark Coliseum in order to rescue the demi-human Lurolona villagers. The mysterious woman who they encountered there, Nadia, seems to be aware of their objective—and warns them that it's better to give up on it. As they proceed to face off against Nadia in a showdown in the ring, Raphtalia seems to be acting strange—but what could it mean?

"I want to become a shield for the Shield Hero!"

Naofumi finds two siblings of the rare demi-human race known as the hakuko, Fohl and Atla. The brother, Fohl, fought in the Coliseum to earn money to save his sister from a devastating disease. Naofumi decides to use the Elixir of Yggdrasil for the sister, Atla, but only if Fohl gives him fair compensation.
