The exam to select the new boss of Floor 45 is underway, and unbeknownst to Ryuka, Van’s made it to the second round under his alter-ego, Pan. But while the fearsome warrior pretends to be a weakling satyr, more sinister plots are at play. Venora Vermilion, the Poison Dragon Princess, is attempting to use the exam to unseat Ryuka, take over the Wyrm Hole, and create an area just for poison monsters. Can Ryuka and Pan—or rather, Van—defend the Wyrm Hole and return it to peaceful days?
How could it possibly have taken this long for Van and Ryuka to enjoy a beach episode together? It may have something to do with this series taking place within the depths of a dungeon. But logic be damned! The dungeon monsters have managed to convert an entire floor into the exact sort of seaside retreat that’ll get the childhood friends’ hearts racing.
