Yume desperately wants to follow in her mother's footsteps and become a magic user in the worst way! She innocently practices using magic to help the people she encounters: struggling soccer players, the wrongly incarcerated, and a student who wants to show his moon-loving teacher a lunar eclipse on a cloudy evening.
Prejudice and confrontation leaves no one unscathed--not even magic users. After Yume and Masami are kicked out of a taxi because they are magic users, they meet a young boy with a strange request of Masami. But the all-important graduation exams are approaching, and Masami denies helping the boy, and instead, decides to focus on his life as it continues on a downward spiral. Yume turns frustrated by Masami's closed-off attitude, and uses her magic to find out what ails him. Will Masami ever confront what is truly in his heart?
