Shoukoku no Altair-san is a spin-off based off of Katou Kotono's 'Shoukoku no Altair' manga.

The curtain rises on an Oriental Reconquista spin-off of Katou Kotono's Shoukoku no Altair, set far to the east of Rumeliana is the once peaceful and beautiful island nation of Kusanagi, which has been annexed by the larger country of Cinili and fallen into ruin.

During the Russian Revolution, as the Red Guards storm through Russia, a young girl escapes from the violence aided by her new found friend, a guard-in-training.
