Komanezumi Shussedou Tsuneji Rou

24 years old Hattori Tsunejiro, who runs a bar in Hakata, has been deceived by a daily money lender called Nekomoto and can’t pay his high interest debt. As a result his debt collector then tied him to a tuna fishing boat. After he broke free, ironically he later join daily finance company "Shinsen Lease" as their daily money lender to repay his remaining debt.
