After X years of watching over the health and youth of her students, Komaki-sensei comes across what should've been a scene of Seto-kun confessing to Anjou-san—but suddenly, she's summoned to another world, in front of the pregnant Demon King...!? This Anjou-san spinoff is Komaki-sensei's parallel fantasy!
