Ryuuzaki has no doubt that Light was Kira when he was imprisoned but it's just as clear that he isn't Kira now. On the other hand Light feels as though he has no memories at all. To him it's as though he's walking an endless path, constantly seeking the end of it, but even so he's anxious to see what awaits him at the end.
