Scissor Seven: Black and White Twin Dragons

On Chicken Island, there is a no-good assassin named Wu Liuqi who is forced to work part-time at a hair salon to make a living. Scissors are his weapon of choice. Since he's relatively new and unaccomplished as an assassin, he has to work cheap, and he gets stuck with eclectic targets, like the rock singer and dog lover Wang Feng, the old fruit vendor lady who's tougher than she looks, and the masked lady assassin Meihua Shisan.
