Mobile Suit Cross Bone Gundam

The story of Gundam F91 revolves around teenage space colonist Seabook Arno, his girlfriend Cecily Fairchild, and the efforts of the Crossbone Vanguard militia, led by Cecily's grandfather Meitzer Ronah, to establish an aristocracy known as "Cosmo Babylonia". In keeping with Gundam tradition, the civilian Seabook is forced by circumstance to pilot the F91 Gundam, coincidentally designed in part by his estranged mother, Dr. Monica Arno. U.C. 132, Kincade Nau tries to convince Zabine Chareux to join the new Crossbone Vanguard. Zabine challenges Kincade to a duel. If Kincade wins Zabine will follow him to Jupiter.

The manga consists of a series of individual stories, centered on the exploits of the Crossbone Vanguard during and three years after the end of the original series, with one exception; the first story is set during the One Year War and deals with Crossbone pilot Umon Samon's youth.
