Kidou Senshi Gundam Unicorn: Bande Dessinee

The prequel manga is based on the Sengo no Sensou (The Postwar War) short story that appears in the 11th volume of Harutoshi Fukui's original Mobile Suit Gundam UC novels. The story centers on the Neo Zeon remnants' hijacking of the Sinanju Stein mobile suit. (Source: Anime News Network, edited)

The novel begins in UC 0001, at the very beginning of human space colonization, and is said to cover an as yet unspecified major event that influences the course of human history forever. The main story takes place in UC 0096, three years after the events of Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack.
