Stars the former surfer Suwa Ichiro, now 56 years old, who returns to his hometown in Shounan. He used to be friends with the Shonan Bakusozoku biker gang who still live there and are now in their 50s. Former protagonist Yosuke and his wife Yoshiko only appear in cameos.
