What You Left Me with One Year to Live

Tomoaki has given up on his dream of becoming an illustrator and is leading an uneventful life at school, until Nanami transfers in one day. Nanami is a big fan of Tomoaki's grandfather, who was a famous picture book illustrator, and she hopes to author a picture book of her own some day. Nanami finds out that Tomoaki had illustrated picture books in the past and she invites him to create a picture book together. At first, Tomoaki refuses, but Nanami's earnest enthusiasms tempts him.
