Amid this violence and immorality, Reiji the vampire boy and Getsu the werewolf earn a meager living as “cleaners,” disposing of the messes people make in this government-designated slum...bodies included. But when their classmate Mei offers a boatload of cash for a job, the two boys and new teammate Kei find themselves tracking down the unstable Mythic Tonic, a leaked product from Beast Tech capable of turning people into powerful monsters from urban legend. In the process, an unprecedented tragedy unfolds…and this time, the damage threatens to escape the bounds of the Masquerade and upend society as a whole.
