Suikoden

Suikoden is the adaption of Water Margin, one of the four great Chinese classical novels. The original story tells how a group of 108 outlaws are granted amnesty when they form an army to resist foreign invaders and suppress rebel forces. Winding through the maze of political and social ancient China, their adventure brings them up against the apathy and conservatism of the current government, where very little regard exists for the truly brave.

Adaptation of the classic Chinese novel by the same name. The story, set in the Song dynasty, tells of how a group of 108 outlaws gathers at Mount Liang (or Liangshan Marsh) to form a sizable army before they are eventually granted amnesty by the government and sent on campaigns to resist foreign invaders and suppress rebel forces. It has introduced to readers many of the most well known characters in Chinese literature, such as Wu Song, Lin Chong and Lu Zhishen.

From Ramus-kun: 'The Dawn of Morning' is mainly a Gensou Suikoden I doujinshi, but characters from Gensou Suikoden II & III make appearences as well. In one story, we find out what Mathiu really does with Odessa's earring after you give it to him, and in another, Camille will stop at nothing to get back the money Gremio owes her. There's even a whole chapter dedicated to Kasumi, Meg and Millie discussing clothes. And finally, the Liberation Army is getting too big for it's castle, and some up the liberators end up having to share beds... I'd reccomend this doujin to any Suikoden fan and even people who have never played Suikoden, on account of 2 Dimension Corp's art being so nice.

'Time Up' contains three very short and quite hilarious stories. In the first, the hero and some of his cohorts 'help' the castle gardener with this season's vegetable harvest. In the second, the secret of Nanami's late-night training is revealed. And finally, in the third story, three girl's examine the different kinds of underwear worn by the castle's inhabitants. Has Nina found the pair she's been looking for...?!

"I Love You The Most In The World" is a short normal Suikoden 3 doujinshi. It's mainly about Thomas and his adventures as he takes care of his castle and meets chracters from the 108 Stars of Destiny. Done in a very cute art style.
