A girl, insecure about her small breasts, confides in her older sister about the thing she wants most.

In 1925, after being told by a baseball player that women should become housewives instead of going to school, two 14-year-old Japanese high school girls named Koume and Akiko decide to start a baseball team in order to prove him wrong. During this time, when even running was considered too vulgar for women, baseball is known as "what the boys do" and they face many difficulties when having to find enough members, to get permission from their parents and also when learning about the sport itself.

Run of the mill college student Aizawa Yoshiyuki meets Chiki-Chiki who appears in his apartment out of the blue. She is a witch in training who decided to choose Yoshiyuki to get one wish granted. But as she is still learning, her spells aren’t perfected and things don’t go as she expects. One thing leads to another and Chiki-Chiki ends up living with him while Yoshiyuki continues on with his normal life; but he soon learns that that's next to impossible with a magic user in the house.

The dream begins here!! Youth!! The members were scouted by the new teacher who will be the club advisor, but although they all had experience in other sports, they have now all given up on those sports.
