A spin-off manga which mostly contains adaptation of Lupin III media from pachinko, TV series, games and light novels. Only one chapter has an original story. It was created by Naoya Hayakawa, supervised by TMS Entertainment and it was first serialized in Lupin III Official Magazine from 2009 to 2015. Nine volumes, which compiled all the chapters, have been released by Futabasha between October 2010 and February 2016. Unlike the other derivative works where illustrators did their own take, Lupin III H is inspired by the anime with character designs taking cues mostly from Lupin the 3rd Part 1 and Part 2.

Lupin the Third gets...MARRIED? In his trip to Italy, sporting a brand new blue jacket, master thief Lupin weds Rebecca Rossellini, a wealthy adrenaline junkie, much to the chagrin of his allies Daisuke Jigen, Goemon, and on-off girlfriend/rival Fujiko Mine. And so begins the mysterious adventures of Italy and San Marino, where Lupin evades his longtime enemy Inspector Zenigata, and meets a rogues gallery of new faces, foes and friendly. *Note: This is an adaptation of the fourth part of the anime.*
