This year's third issue of Akita Shoten's Young Champion magazine revealed on Tuesday that Takashi Noguchi will launch a new manga series in the next issue on January 26. He shows a marvelous talent for lure fishing and takes trips with his friends he first meet, Mio and Suguru to many places around the world in search of various incredible fish.
