In a future where even emotions are datafied and everything is created by prompts, people live competing for “Emo values.” In this city, people whisper about ICQ (Ico) and their companions ReVers3:X. ICQ, who possesses no emotions, has lyrics/prompts with the power to implement new emotions into the world. One day, a request comes to ReVers3:X: “Find a certain prompt”… A new “Music × Cyber SF” opens, set in the near future where lyrics create the world.

2009 marks the 50th anniversary of the founding of Gekiga Koubou, a landmark event that sparked a gekiga boom in the rental manga industry of the time and laid the foundation for the enduring popularity of youth manga and adult manga that continues to this day.
