This semi-autobiographical story is based on a horrific episode from Higuchi Takehiro's time as a security guard at a Roppongi club, and is known for being "the man who defeated Asakura Mikuru" in "Breaking Down." The character design and composition are handled by Tokoro Juzo, the maestro of the delinquent manga world known for "Shikigami Densetsu: Taku's Sukkou" and "Dolphin," and the story is vividly brought to life by the talented Shimahoshi Mitsuichi, whose writing style was recognized by Matsumoto Leiji and who gave him a pen name! However, beyond its borders lies a world embroiled in the fires of war, and Kariya is conscripted into the army before he can take his first step toward freedom. It doesn’t take him long to realize the truth: this world is a near carbon copy of a game he played in his previous life.
