Boiled is anotherwise excellent soldier guilty of a "friendly fire" incident after bombing an allied army while under the influence of methamphetamines. Sequestered away into a secret, experimental, military lab Boiled finds the way to overcome his drug addiction and regain his lost career... and gains the ability to manipulate gravity.
