Set in the waning days of their last year as high schoolers, Fukuji Mihoko finds herself wanting to continue to see Ueno/Takei Hisa under the guise of meeting to talk about Mah-jong. The story unfolds to reveal a mutual desire to meet outside of need or reason as Hisa catches on and takes a more direct approach with the timid Mihoko.
