Hark! The city is in peril! Who you gonna call? Colors! Sacchan, Yui and Kotoha are here to protect the city, solving mysteries and battling enemies with help from their friends. But their quest isn't an easy one as their arch-nemesis Saitou, the violent police officer of Ueno, meets them at every turn.

The story is centered around a cute android who initially had a happy life with her master who dearly loved her. But she was then struck by a series of misfortunes and ended up in a robot-equivalent of concentration camp. Through experiencing and witnessing the sufferings towards herself as well as the people/robots around her, she eventually gained a better appreciation of life.

The android production company SA Corp. produced Giftia, a new kind of android that has the most amount of emotion and human-like qualities out of any other model ever seen. However, due to problems in technology, the androids have a service life, and once they pass that, it gets pretty bad. For this reason, SA Corp. creates a terminal service in order to retrieve Giftia that have gone past their service life. To survive, a world call Low-G, which has no Positive Concepts of its own, started the Concept War to try to secure the most amount of Concepts. Now 60 years later, which is the present, Low-G is facing destruction because of its Negative Concepts are rapidly expanding. To resolve this, Low-G needs Positive Concepts from all the other alternate worlds. UCAT, the team that destroyed the alternate worlds 60 years ago formed the Team Leviathan to begin negotiation with the survivors from all the other worlds. Mikoto Sayama is the protagonist of the story. After his grandpa, who was a key figure in the Concept War and in the negotiation team, passed away, IAI, UCAT's mother branch in Japan, explained everything to Mikoto and had him take over the negotiation seat. Carrying the phrase "The family name Sayama is villain itself" and all the hatred, young Mikoto begins his negotiation with the other worlds.

The story revolves around the protagonist Hirono Hiro, a poor high school boy who draws shoujo manga for his living. One cold Christmas night after meeting a very strange woman in church, his bike gets stolen by another strange girl. He runs after her and finds her collapsed on the street. Her name is Miyamura Miyako and her bag got stolen by a man on a motorbike. Soon after, they start hanging out together, enjoying highschool life and whatnot. Hiro’s life is also strongly dictated by Shindou Kei, his childhood friend.

In a country where women rule supreme lives a poor but happy boy named Albert. An excursion to the city turns dangerous when he and his friend are abducted by slave traders, and later purchased by a noblewoman's servant. If this wasn't crazy enough, it turns out Albert looks exactly like the noblewoman who purchased him. But she's no ordinary aristocrat. She's a princess! And he's to act as her double from today on!? Kyousuke Kousaka, a normal seventeen-year-old high school student, hasn't gotten along with his younger sister, Kirino, in years. For longer than he can remember, Kirino has ignored his comings and goings and looked at him with spurning eyes. Kyousuke attempts to fish out the culprit who dropped the case by bringing up the topic of magical girl anime at the family dinner table. All that comes out is a strong negative reaction from his parents, especially his anti-otaku policeman father. That night, Kirino bursts into Kyousuke's room and, in perhaps the first conversation she has initiated with him in years, says they "have things to talk about."
