Echigoya Patalliro's father has died, leaving him 10 billion yen's worth of debts to repay! In order to get the money, 10-year-old Patalliro begins to work as a super housekeeper. When a low-charging, suspicious-seeming housekeeping agency called CHM (which seems to be connected somehow to the KGB) appears as his rival, his work-related struggles begin!

Asano Hiruma has a mystical sight that allows him to see things that ordinary humans can't see. He attends a school where the founder, a wildly rich man he calls Gen-san, acts as his patron. Gen-san knows about Asano's special sight, and he even had special glasses made to suppress his sight for everyday life. However, Gen-san's affection for Asano verges on inappropriate. Asano attempts to use his powers of logic, and actually uses his special sight, to solve many incidents!
