Kenji Kazemaki, aka The Hurricane Kid, is a masked wrestler in the American pro-wrestling scene. He was a Japanese judo prodigy, but had to give up judo to help pay for the trial of his father, who was accused of a crime he did not commit. He was recruited to become the first Japanese member of the elite FBI team, and his father's name was cleared with the help of the FBI. After completing his rigorous training, Kenji received his first order: return to Japan to defend it against a gang infiltrating the country.
