On Earth, natural resources are running out to the point that humans are thinking of moving to other planets to survive. Their eyes turn to Prometheus, the tenth planet in the solar system, with characteristics identical to those of Earth. A first space expedition takes place but is intentionally destroyed by Doppler, an upstart who wants to become master of Prometheus and destroys anyone who comes near his planet.
