Meguri Hakaba is a high school girl who dreams of becoming an ojou-sama, but is not good at asserting herself and accepts gravure work without being influenced by the flow. She has difficulty making friends at school and is looked down upon by her classmates. One day, she meets Minawa, a tall boy with blonde curls. Minawa, who at first glance seems eccentric, declares that he will "create an 'ojou-sama club' at this school" soon after transferring to the school, but he quickly fits in with the class because he clearly expresses his opinions and remains confident even when teased by others. Meguri is envious of him, but one day she finds out that he was a "ojou-sama" that she was close to when she was young...
