Main character Youji Tsumaki is a fan of steel-like muscles ever since he was a kid. When he was in elementary school, his peers called him "toothpick" because of how slender he was. On his way home from school, his friend Yoshiko is involved in an accident and becomes stuck underneath a truck. Yōji is unable to do anything, but a muscular man approaches, lifts the truck, and rescues Yoshiko. Ever since that day, Youji has aimed to acquire a muscular body.
