Suginami City Magical Girls' Academy, a school exclusively for girls with magic powers. While it has grades from elementary through high school, Shinohara Kaede is transferring in as a first-year high school student. Under the school's "sisters" system, Peacekeeping Club president Kiritani Mai is assigned as Kaede's "older sister," tasked with guiding the newcomer.
