Koharu, a former delinquent with a tough exterior, has always longed for a shoujo-manga-like romance. Despite his efforts, every confession ends in failure, leaving him with no dating experience. One day, he asks his popular best friend Ryusetsu to teach him how to go on a proper date. Ryusetsu delivers a flawless, textbook-perfect date plan and treats Koharu just like a real lover, leaving Koharu inexplicably flustered the entire time. The date even ends at a love hotel—much to Koharu’s shock. From that day on, Koharu becomes painfully aware of Ryusetsu and starts keeping his distance. But Ryusetsu seems to be hiding something of his own… A frustratingly sweet case of crossed signals between a clumsy, possessive handsome man and a pure, lovestruck tough guy.
