Sasasaya Hikaru became the young director of a dental clinic, succeeding his late father. When the serious-minded Hikaru is about to be crushed by pressure and responsibility, it is always his childhood friend and best friend, Kunitake Shoma, a skilled dental technician, who comes to his rescue. At some point, Hikaru began to doze off defencelessly in Kunitake's workshop, listening to the sounds of work. But Hikaru doesn't know yet that the look in Kunitake's eyes as he gazes at him is "too sweet" for someone looking at their best friend.
