Detective Akira Yusa sees his brother Shinichi killed before his very eyes. He spots a young girl, Kilico Sakaki, at the scene of the crime and instinctively knows that she did it. After a bloody fight, Akira arrests her. Trained as a professional assassin by her stepfather, Toshio Sakaki, in everyday life, Kilico acts like an ordinary college student. Her arrest is treated as a mistake when she manages to hide all evidence of Shinichi's murder. Akira's subsequent investigation of Kilico runs into difficulty when he finds that it's too big for a police detective to handle. Her encounter with Akira makes Kilico remember her terrible past and have doubts about being an assassin. Kilico goes to Taiwan to train as a jewel connoisseur, the Sakaki family's legitimate business, behind which they hide all their illegitimate business. The manga centers around Noemi Kohiyama, a second-year student at Count High School, a school with no established reputation in the world of tankery. Her first match as a tank commander is against Saunders University High School. She directs the crew of her tank with her orders, and she follows the orders of their team leader. At that time, she remembers the words that her senior said to her.
The story is set in the period from the end of the Later Han Dynasty to the Three Kingdoms Period in China. In 184 AD, a brave general of the Nanukoku Kingdom, who contributed to Himiko's unification of Japan, decides to take over the "hegemony" of the Later Han Dynasty. He travels alone to Yushu in the Later Han Dynasty, where he meets the three brothers Liu Bei, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei. He works with these three brothers, but soon learns that Liu Bei is an evil person. One day, Liu Bei tries to kill a criminal to test his new sword, but Pei Yu stops him and even cuts off Liu Bei's head. Guan Yu and Zhang Fei are outraged, but Pei Yu sees and points out that the two were not following Liu Bei out of pure heart.
