Puzzle fanatic Daimon Kaito has been crazy about solving brain teasers, puzzles and riddles his entire life. He attends the prestigious Root Academy with Nonoha, but spends most of his time creating and solving puzzles. Kaito is one of the few genius teenagers that attend the school who has been given the title Einstein, along with his other just as brilliant classmates who were given the titles Galileo, Edison and Da Vinci. Together, they attempt to solve a puzzle that, since its creation centuries ago, has never been solved. But the genius students soon realize that there are dangerous forces behind the impossible puzzle.

At his father's will, Shougo was transferred to an academy where a lot of girls attend. Jerid smacktalks Bright for receiving a two rank demotion upon refusing to join the Titans and grabs Kamille’s photo saying he should sign it as an elite member of the Federation. The two get into a scuffle and Kamille is hauled off for questioning. Matosh questions Kamille about being an AEUG insider but just then he’s freed after his story checks out. Just as the handcuffs come off, the Gundam MK-II crashes into the building…

The story happens around Kiriharu Kunimori, a student who possesses a "charged body", an ability to store electricity inside his body and release it. One day, a girl named Kirio Nagihara, who has the same ability, transfers into Kiriharu's class and therefore Kiriharu's normal everyday life changes greatly.

A school girl named Eri is magically summoned by a magician named Rex, intent on doing some scientific research observing people from different worlds.
