The overwhelming spectacle earned it the nickname "the world's most beautiful act of terrorism," and later came to be known as the "Great Meteor Shower". Fortunately, none of the satellites crashed into the ground. Although some people were injured such as those who had car accidents or tripped down the stairs fascinated by the meteor shower, the fact that no one was killed on Earth was a miracle in itself.
