Was inspired by a Japanese dating sim series by Cocktail Soft (a part of F&C, later F&C FC02). The games are all set around restaurants in the fictional "Pia Carrot" chain, and most of the female characters are waitresses at these restaurants. The individual restaurants in the chain are called "1st", "2nd", etc.
This is an anthology of "My-Otome" stories that were published in Gakken's bishojo comic magazine "Comic Chirality". In addition to the published works, a large amount of new illustrations have been added. The cover illustration is by Urushihara Satoshi. The contributors are also top-notch, including Kuuchuu Yousai, Ueda Yumehito, Muchiri Muunii, Mizuhara Tatsuki, and others.
