Haru Maemori, reincarnated in another world, gains cheat skills from a bored god.However, the world is stagnant and full of injustice. Frustrated, Haru mutters, “This country is already over,” echoing his thoughts from Japan. Unlike in Japan, though, Haru now has the power to correct these wrongs. Determined, he sets out to use his abilities to build a better, fairer country where he and those around him can live comfortably.

A booklet packaged with Fellows! volume 22 at select stores. It's relay manga (each mangaka draws a few panels, and the next mangaka continues the story) from Fellows! collaborators. Originally published in 2012 volume 3 of Gessan, this plus version includes extended commentary by each of the involved creators and a highlight commentary by Satoshi Fukushima who oversaw the manuscripts. The story takes place at the Kitashiro School for the Deaf (called the Fukuri School for the Deaf in the manga), a school for deaf children with rubella, which actually existed in Okinawa Prefecture. A moving story of overcoming disability and dedicating youth for baseball. Written with deep understanding and love, this work has contributed to the popularisation of sign language.
