Izumi no Okuni wa Rinku ni Mau

Tomoki, an ice dance competitor and a senior in high school, has severe stage fright. This sometimes causes injury to his partner Aika in competitions. Tomoki and Aika visit Izumo-taisha shrine to overcome his stage fright. However, the moment Tomoki makes a wish, a cat nearby flashes! Tomoki and Aika rush to the cat, but the cat utters the words of a human: Oh my God! Tomoki and Aika are confused, but the cat tells them that it is the reincarnated form of "Izumo no Akuni," the founder of Kabuki...? This is a coming-of-age story of a high school couple (and a cat) challenging to win the All-Japan Junior Championship of ice dancing, a ball on ice!
