Kodama is a new staff at Hanasuou Real Estate and she has a special ability that allows her to see ghosts. She has been teamed up with Makabe, a senior colleague, and put in charge of selling a certain "stigmatised property". Stigmatised properties are those with a dark history, usually those where either death or crime has occurred.
