Although the covers are identical, the content of the two versions is completely different: the 2019 ver. became the first half of chapter 9 of [Hyakujitsu no Bara (2018)](https://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=182592), and the 2018 ver. became the second half. (Both are sketch versions.)
